We do our very best to ship all orders within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that the day that the shipper receives the package does not count in the shipping timeline and take that into account when paying for upgraded shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, please reach out and will try to accomodate!

We use flat rate shipping to make it easy! Any orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.

Return/Exchange Policy

Thank you for your order and for supporting our small business!  We are 100% committed to ensuring every customer is completely satisfied with their purchase.  Should you have an issue with your product, please send an email to info@heroicapparelusa.com. 

• All returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase date
• Items must in new, unworn condition.  Returns/exchanges will not be authorized on items that are stained or soiled, or smell like perfume, smoke, etc. 
• Clearance or flash sale items are not eligible for return.
• If an item was part of a limited run or special edition collection, an exchange might not be possible and a refund or credit toward another item will be offered instead. 
• Please allow up to 10 days upon receipt of return items for return to be fully processed.
• If your item has a defect, please send us an email with description and photo of the issue and we will reach out immediately to rectify.
