• All returns or exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase date

• Items must in new, unworn condition.  Returns/exchanges will not be authorized on items that are stained or soiled, or smell like perfume, smoke, etc. 

• Clearance or flash sale items are not eligible for return.

• If an item was part of a limited run or special edition collection, an exchange might not be possible and a refund or credit toward another item will be offered instead. 

• Please allow up to 10 days upon receipt of return items for return to be fully processed.

• If your item has a defect, please send us an email with description and photo of the issue and we will reach out immediately to rectify.
